The update enables on-chain access to assets such as Apple, Tesla, Meta, the S&P 500, and Gold. The integration was made possible through a partnership with tokenization provider xStocksFi. Notably, xStocksFi went live on the KuCoin exchange just yesterday.
Tokenized stocks are blockchain-based representations of real-world equities.

These tokenized assets are accompanied by real-time data, including 24-hour trading volume, price change percentages, and circulating supply. The integration provides an efficient way for users to gain exposure to traditional stocks without relying on conventional financial platforms.
Traditional Benchmarks Now Included
In addition to tokenized stocks, CryptoRank now tracks the performance of the S&P 500 and Gold. The S&P 500 index is currently listed at $6,300, with a seven-day gain of 6.54%. Gold is shown at $3,330, reflecting a 0.79% rise over the same period.

While still a small segment of the broader RWA market, tokenized equities are expected to grow rapidly, with projections from McKinsey suggesting the tokenized asset market could reach $2 trillion and possibly as much as $4 trillion by 2030.
