  • Charles Hoskinson and Shibetoshi Nakamoto shook hands and arrive at good terms.
  • In a recent Twitter thread conversation, Nakamoto apologize to Hoskinson for being hostile.
  • Hoskinson too apologized, appreciating Nakamoto for his words.

Charles Hoskinson, the co-founder of ADA, and Shibetoshi Nakamoto, the creator of Dogecoin, shook hands and came to good terms. They resolved their dispute in an exchange of conversation in one of Hoskinson’s recent tweets.

In particular, Hoskinson shared a screenshot of his meditation routine, where it is visible that he was meditating for over 25 minutes. Nakamoto replied to Hoskison’s tweet, expressing his willingness to extend an olive branch back.

The Dogecoin creator stated that he does have respect for all those who are contributing to making crypto scale better and more useful. He also stressed that he was being unnecessarily hostile and apologized for the same. Nakamoto also wished Hoskinson and ADA success.

Hoskinson replied to the tweet, expressing appreciation for Nakamoto’s generous words. He also apologized for being a bit hostile. Moreover, Nakamoto expressed that he gets triggered easily because of stupid brain chemicals.

The dispiute began when DOGE started pulling off a rally after Elon Musk’s Twitter acquisition. Hoskinson proposed a Doge sidechain built on Cardano for social networks. Even though the proposal passed with flying colors with 80% in favor, Nakamoto had something to say.

Nakamoto replied by asking, “Oh, now suddenly you don’t hate dogecoin?” with a hashtag (#massivehypocrite). Hoskinson replied that if Musk decides to use DOGE for Twitter, then it will automatically have 200 million users and use cases. However, Hoskinson received a slew of backlash from the DOGE community.

However, all the confrontation seems to have settled now that they have finally agreed that they ended up becoming overly hostile with their words.
