GetAgent enters public access phase
Initially launched with an invite-only beta in July 2025, GetAgent opened to all users in mid-August 2025. The platform generated major interest during its early phase, with over 25,000 users joining the waitlist before public access.
The AI assistant operates as what Bitget classifies as a “Level 4 AI Agent.” This classification means GetAgent can autonomously execute multi-step tasks, make decisions, reflect on outcomes, and learn from user experience. The platform uses over 50 proprietary Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools that handle market scanning, technical analysis, strategy creation, and trade execution.
GetAgent is embedded directly within the Bitget app. This allows users to analyze markets, generate trading strategies, and execute trades using simple natural language commands. In late September 2025, GetAgent received a major functional upgrade integrating three new modules. The update added closed-loop futures trading, personalized wealth management recommendations, and adaptive trading bots, uniting them within a single conversational interface.
Users can now directly converse with the AI to analyze contract positions and receive operational suggestions for wealth management products. The upgrade advances Bitget’s vision of AI as the gateway to the Universal Exchange, where trading, investing, and automation converge seamlessly.
Three-tier membership structure
GetAgent offers three membership levels to accommodate different trader needs. The Free Plan provides K-line analysis for the top 50 cryptocurrencies and futures strategy suggestions with limited daily queries at no cost.
The Plus Plan costs 5 BGB per month, approximately $22 to $23 USD based on current BGB token prices trading around $4.50 to $4.60. VIP1-3 users and top-tier Bitget affiliates receive this plan for free. The Plus Plan includes up to 10 daily questions, personalized strategy generation, natural language order placement, and comprehensive market analysis.
The Ultra Plan is priced at 25 BGB per month, roughly $110 to $115 USD. VIP4-7 users access this tier for free. The Ultra Plan features up to 50 daily questions, priority access during peak hours, and early access to beta features. This tier is designed for high-frequency traders and professional investors.
