On December 31st, the MTT Sports Game of the Week came to a close.
This week’s tournament attracted a total of 19,000 participants, of which 172 made it to the final. It was Mexico’s “José Juan Gmz” who came out on top, taking home a prize of 0.35 Bitcoins (€30,000).
In Europe, a total of 13 players made it to the finals this week, with 5 players making it to the prize circle and taking home a share of the Bitcoin prize money. Among them, the Dutch player “turner”, who finished in 7th place, took home a prize worth about 3,000 euros.
It is worth noting that from the time of registration, to the time of entering the prize circle and winning bitcoins, the “turner” player played only 19 games on the platform.
