HashKey Group has expanded into Web3 gaming using a strategic partnership with Catizen, leveraging the TON ecosystem to develop next-generation GameFi products and digital entertainment infrastructure.

This partnership centers around the Ton ecosystem, a blockchain platform that’s been turning heads for its potential in Web3. This isn’t HashKey’s first rodeo with Ton — they formed a strategic alliance with the Ton Foundation back in April, which gave the Ton network a serious boost.

Catizen has been on a roll since its launch 150 days ago, attracting a whopping 29 million users worldwide. They’ve seen daily active users peak at 3.5 million, with over 1.8 million on-chain users and 2.1 million Telegram Premium subscribers.

HashKey Group plans to provide regulatory guidance and technical support to Catizen, ensuring everything runs smoothly and stays compliant. Both companies are determined to stay ahead of the curve in global digital entertainment and the attention economy.

The collaboration will also explore gamified experiences in digital finance, including a joint HSK airdrop campaign and initiatives focused on animal protection and social responsibility.

Ben El-Baz, Managing Director of HashKey Global, highlighted Catizen’s significance in the GameFi sector, noting the potential for developing next-generation GameFi through their collaboration. He emphasized the goal of offering compliant digital asset services and exploring new paradigms that integrate digital finance with digital entertainment.

Tim Wong, Chairman of the Catizen Foundation, is thrilled about the partnership, seeing it as a major step forward that will boost Catizen’s ability to serve its 20 million global community members. Moreover, Wong highlighted the importance of using the Ton ecosystem to revolutionize Web3 gaming and drive the adoption of blockchain technology in digital entertainment.
