The India Blockchain Summit 2024, organized by Giakaa Capital, concluded on a highly successful note, establishing India as a global leader in blockchain technology.

With 5000 attendees, 300+ Startups, 25 exhibition booths, and 150+ investors, the summit was a powerful platform for fostering innovation, collaboration, and investment in blockchain.

Supported by Startup India, MeitY Startup Hub, T-Hub, i-Hub, and Apiary By STPI, the summit brought together top leaders, innovators, policymakers, and entrepreneurs from around the globe, all converging to explore blockchain’s role in transforming industries.

Arvind Kumar, Director General of Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), inaugurated the summit. Throughout the day, several keynotes and panels covered critical topics such as blockchain governance, decentralized systems, public safety, education, and law enforcement.

A special Fireside Chat was hosted by Omika Dubey, Managing Partner at Giakaa Capital, in conversation with Ashima Batra, Additional Director at FIU India, on the evolving regulatory landscape for blockchain in India. This insightful session explored the nuances of regulatory challenges and opportunities for blockchain technology in India.
