- Ondo Finance is acquiring SEC-regulated broker Oasis Pro to offer tokenized assets in the U.S.
- The deal gives Ondo licenses for broker-dealer, ATS, and Transfer Agent operations.
- The move supports compliant onchain trading of stocks and bonds for American investors.
Ondo Finance is acquiring Oasis Pro, a U.S. financial firm registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), to expand its tokenized securities business in the country.
Announced on July 4, the deal gives Ondo full control of Oasis Pro’s broker-dealer license, Alternative Trading System (ATS), and Transfer Agent registration. These licenses allow Ondo to legally offer blockchain-based financial products to U.S. investors within a regulated framework.
Oasis Pro has operated as a platform for trading tokenized securities and other digital assets under U.S. regulatory oversight. By acquiring it, Ondo gains direct access to the tools needed to offer tokenized stocks and other compliant onchain products to American customers.
The announcement was made by Ondo Finance through an official post on X. The company stated:
“We are proud to announce we’re taking the next step in our mission to bring financial markets onchain.”

Ondo, founded by former Goldman Sachs staff, focuses on real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. Its offerings include tokenized U.S. Treasuries and corporate bonds, which are currently available to non-U.S. users through protocols like Flux Finance. However, U.S. regulations have limited the company’s reach within the domestic market.
Through the Oasis Pro acquisition, Ondo now plans to bring regulated tokenized products to American investors. The move lays the groundwork for a compliant financial ecosystem where digital assets such as stocks and bonds are issued and traded onchain.

So far, no financial details of the acquisition have been disclosed. The transaction is pending regulatory approval.
The acquisition comes as interest grows in real-world assets being moved onto blockchains. U.S. institutions have increasingly explored tokenization as a way to modernize financial markets, reduce settlement times, and increase transparency. Ondo’s latest move places it at the center of this shift.
