This week is not a quiet one for crypto markets. Between April 6 and April 13, over $180 million worth of tokens are scheduled to unlock across multiple projects, a volume large enough to move prices if sellers decide to act.
The Big One: Rain Protocol
The headline event is Rain Protocol’s $62 million unlock on April 10, by far the largest single event of the week. With nearly 9.48 billion RAIN tokens representing 1.98% of the circulating supply hitting the market in one go, traders will be looking for any sell pressure in the days leading up to and following the release.
Cliff Unlocks: Two Tokens At The Center
On the cliff unlock side, two tokens stand out. Aptos (APT) releases 12.42 million tokens worth $10.58 million, representing 0.75% of its adjusted released supply. BABY sees a more significant release, with 632 million tokens worth $8.05 million unlocking, equal to nearly 39% of its adjusted supply, a figure large enough to move the needle on price.
Linear Unlocks: Where the Real Volume Is
The linear unlock side carries more weight. Apart from Rain Protocol, Solana follows with 469 million SOL tokens worth $38.41 million, though at just 0.08% of supply, the market impact is likely limited.
CC unlocks 191 million tokens worth $26.74 million, while TRUMP releases 6.33 million tokens worth $18.35 million, representing 2.72% of the circulating supply, one of the highest percentage releases on the list.
WLD, DOGE, and TAO round out the week with combined releases worth approximately $26 million, adding background supply pressure across the board without dominating any single trading session.
