- Bitget has publicly launched GetAgent, its AI-powered trading assistant.
- This comes after an invite-only phase with over 25,000 users on the waitlist.
- The tool offers real-time market analysis, strategy generation, and over 50 trading features through a chat-based interface.
Global crypto exchange Bitget has opened public access to its AI-powered trading assistant, GetAgent. This was confirmed in an official press statement today. For context, the tool was initially released in July via invite-only access. However, it is now available to all users with three membership options.
What Is GetAgent and What Does It Do?
GetAgent functions through a simple chat interface, allowing users to generate trading strategies with plain language prompts. The tool combines over 50 utilities, including market data, on-chain metrics, and social sentiment analysis.
The assistant adapts to your individual trading style and can provide everything from portfolio alerts, risk signals, and full automation tools for both beginner and experienced traders.

The Public Launch and New Membership Tiers
During its early access phase, GetAgent received input from over 25,000 waitlisted users. Feedback from this period contributed to platform updates, including better visual representation of market signals and improved response accuracy.
Notably, the public rollout includes a new tiered membership structure. It offers free access to analysis for the top 50 coins and futures strategies. The Plus plan offers up to 10 daily questions, personalized strategy tools, and expanded analysis. Notably, this is available with a 30-day free trial for early users.
Campaign for User Feedback
Meanwhile, the Ultra plan includes up to 50 daily questions, early feature access, and priority response speed. This plan is aimed at high-frequency or professional traders.
To support the public rollout, Bitget is launching a limited-time campaign inviting users to share their GetAgent experience. Participants can receive a free 30-day Plus membership.
Bitget’s Broader Push into AI
This initiative follows Bitget’s expansive integration of AI tools within its ecosystem. GetAgent joins Bitget Seed, an AI-powered platform for discovering early-stage Web3 projects.
Bitget continues to position itself within the CeDeFi space, a hybrid approach combining centralized infrastructure with decentralized asset access. The company plans to expand GetAgent’s integrations, asset coverage, and customization features over time.
“AI is changing the trading game, and GetAgent is our way of making that power accessible to everyone,” said Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget.
