We are excited to announce ETHSafari 2023, taking place from 18th to 24th September to bring together blockchain enthusiasts, developers, and investors from all over the world. ETHSafari is a unique opportunity for the Ethereum community to learn, network, and share ideas about the future of blockchain technology in Africa and beyond.
Building on the success of ETHSafari 2022, which took place in Nairobi and Kilifi, Kenya, we are thrilled to bring the web3 community together again for ETHSafari 2023. It will kick off with the bootckathon in Nairobi and culminate in the conference and festival in Kilifi at the same beautiful location, Beneath the Baobabs.
ETHSafari 2022 was a resounding success, with over 300 attendees from 30 countries, including developers, entrepreneurs, investors, and enthusiasts. The event featured a bootcamp, hackathon, keynote speeches, panel discussions, and workshops on a variety of topics related to Ethereum and blockchain technology. Attendees had the opportunity to hear from some of the most innovative minds in the industry and learn about the latest developments in decentralized finance, smart contracts, and more.
In addition to the educational content, ETHSafari 2022 provided networking opportunities for attendees. The event featured a variety of social events, including a welcome reception, networking breakfasts, and an after-party. These events gave attendees the chance to connect with like-minded individuals and build relationships that have led to many current collaborations.
ETHSafari also featured an exhilarating train ride across the Kenyan savannah, taking attendees from the capital Nairobi to the coast. Wouldn’t have been a safari any other way! And we’re happy to announce that the Blocktrain is back again!
