Australia Moves to Third Position on List of XRP Holders: Crypto Lawyer

Pro-XRP lawyer John Deaton recently tweeted how countries fared on the XRP holders list. “I checked the 75K XRP Holder list, and Australia moved to the #3 spot,” tweeted the crypto advocate. Deaton posted this in response to the Australian XRP community’s post about the upcoming XRP Gold Coast 2024 conference, wherein Deaton is invited to speak.

According to Deaton, about 53% of the 75K XRP Holders are from the United States, while the United Kingdom comes in at the second position on the list. Australia holds the third position but has a very small lead over Canada, as the third most represented country.

“I could not say no, nor pass on the opportunity to meet many of them,” said Deaton, responding to the invite to the XRP Gold Coast 2024 conference. “We are honored to have John join us as our key speaker at the #XRPGoldCoast2024 Conference,” tweeted the organizers of the conference. “His expertise and passion for crypto law align perfectly with the goals of our event, and we are confident that his insights will be both enlightening and empowering for all attendees.”

The theme of the 2024 XRP Gold Coast conference is  ‘A Wave of Innovation.’ Through this theme and the long list of experienced speakers, the conference organizers claim they aim to spark potential and immerse attendees in cutting-edge discussions, insightful presentations, and interactive workshops. All the discussions at the event will be centered around the latest advancements in the XRPL and XRP ecosystem.

Meanwhile, when examining how XRP’s price performed over the past 24 hours, CoinMarketCap indicated that it experienced a slight gain of around 0.81%. This left the altcoin trading at $0.4755, which was close to its daily low of $0.4682. The remittance token’s weekly performance shows a 5.25% decline, which is not a positive sign.
