Bitget and WIW3CH Announce Collaborative Roadmap to Support Women in Web3 Press Release

Victoria, Seychelles, May 4th, 2026Bitget, the world’s largest Universal Exchange, has announced a strategic partnership with WIW3CH, a premier organization dedicated to amplifying the influence of women in the Web3 sector. This collaboration, launched under Bitget’s flagship Blockchain4Her initiative, focuses on dismantling barriers for women through high-impact educational content and community networking.

The partnership kicks off with an exclusive podcast featuring Bitget CEO Gracy Chen, who will detail her professional journey and offer strategic advice for women entering the blockchain industry. Beyond multimedia content, the two organizations will co-publish a series of educational articles designed to provide the WIW3CH community with a roadmap for career development, technical literacy, and navigation of the evolving Web3 landscape.

To further bridge the gap between education and professional opportunity, Bitget is gifting three WIW3CH VIP memberships to its community members. These exclusive passes provide holders with complimentary or discounted access to industry masterclasses and conferences, alongside early entry to specialized educational modules. Beyond learning, the membership facilitates deep community integration through access to private networking channels and collaborative working groups, as well as priority consideration for future scholarships.

Since its launch in early 2024, the Blockchain4Her initiative has operated on four pillars: Elevating, Empowering, Educating, and Embracing. The program recently expanded via the “Lady Forward” campaign, which broadened university partnerships and introduced a Female Leaders Program to connect women across the blockchain ecosystem, including developers, investors, and entrepreneurs. To date, the initiative has successfully provided grants to 11 female-led startups through the Pitch n’ Slay competition and reached hundreds of thousands of individuals through global meetups and strategic alliances.

“Based on my experience, authentic communities are vital for navigating this male-dominated industry,” says Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget. “They provide the safety and confidence necessary to pursue funding and decision-making roles. We chose to partner with WIW3CH because of their genuine commitment to diversity; together, we can provide the high-quality resources needed to ensure female perspectives drive the next wave of innovation.”

WIW3CH provides a robust support system through specialized workshops, a deep roster of expert speakers, and structured mentorship programs. By aligning with global stakeholders like Bitget, the organization continues to scale its mission of creating a collaborative ecosystem where women can thrive.

“Our mission is to create a secure environment where women in technology can uplift one another through shared opportunities. Collaborating with Bitget allows us to scale our impact and equip our members with the practical, institutional insights needed to lead in this space.” Aliya Das Gupta, President of WIW3CH.

This announcement follows Bitget’s continued social impact efforts, including its ongoing collaboration with UNICEF. That project aims to equip 300,000 people—90% of whom are women and girls—with essential digital and blockchain skills, ensuring that the future of finance remains inclusive from its very foundation.
