Bitget Launches Free Level 2 U.S. Stock Market Data for Eligible Traders
  • Bitget now provides free Level 2 U.S. stock market data to eligible users, including Nasdaq TotalView access.
  • Traders can view 40 levels of market depth, real-time trades, and activity across all trading sessions.
  • The move could save users up to $276 annually while expanding access to professional trading tools.

Bitget has launched free Level 2 market data for U.S. stocks, giving users access to professional market depth information at no extra cost.

The move puts Bitget among the foremost platforms to offer institutional stock market data without a separate subscription fee.

The service gives traders insight into market activity, including order flow, liquidity, and price movements. These tools are typically reserved for professional traders and institutional investors.

Access to Nasdaq TotalView and Blue Ocean Data

The new offering includes Nasdaq TotalView and Blue Ocean market data feeds. So, users can access 40 levels of bid and ask depth, depth charts, and real-time trade data. The service covers all trading sessions, pre-market, regular hours, after-hours, and overnight trading.

This broader coverage allows traders to monitor activity around the clock and gain a clearer view of buying and selling pressure.

Helping Traders Cut Costs

Level 2 market data has historically required a paid subscription because exchanges charge licensing fees for distributing professional market information.

Bitget said eligible users can now access these tools for free. The company estimates this could save traders up to $276 per year compared with traditional market data subscriptions.

The service is available to users who qualify for VIP 1 through trading volume or VIP 3 through asset holdings.

The launch is part of Bitget’s rollout of Stocks 2.0, an initiative to expand access to traditional financial products alongside crypto assets.

Via Stocks 2.0, users can trade equities, ETFs, stock perpetual contracts, tokenized assets, and other products.

Bitget Universal Exchange Vision

Gracy Chen, Bitget CEO, said the company wants to remove barriers that have limited access to professional financial tools. She noted that crypto has democratized financial opportunities while traditional markets have kept valuable data behind paywalls.

Bitget is now giving retail traders access to tools that were once available mainly to institutions. The initiative also supports Bitget’s Universal Exchange (UEX) strategy.

The strategy seeks to bring cryptocurrencies and tokenized financial assets together within a unified trading environment.

Bitget says combining multi-asset access with professional-grade market infrastructure will help users navigate global financial markets from a single platform.
