Bitget, the world’s largest Universal Exchange, has unveiled Universal Cup, a football campaign that lets users compete for a 250,000 USDT prize pool.
The campaign has an interactive mini-game tied to one of the biggest sporting events of 2026. It is built around the slogan “Don’t Just Watch. Rule the Game,” to turn football fans into active participants.
Users can represent different countries and earn points, climb leaderboards, and unlock rewards throughout the tournament.
Earn Points by Hitting Targets
Universal Cup allows participants to choose from 48 countries and compete in a penalty shootout challenge. The game features moving targets representing Crypto, Stocks, and CFDs.
Players earn points by hitting targets, and their scores contribute to their selected country’s position on a live global leaderboard.
The competition continues throughout the tournament. Even if a player’s chosen country is eliminated, they can switch to another nation and keep competing. The event runs from June 11 to July 19, 2026.
250,000 USDT in Rewards
Bitget is offering a total prize pool of 250,000 USDT for the campaign. Rewards will be shared through daily prizes, leaderboard rankings, lucky draws, and championship bonuses. Top-performing participants can earn prizes during each stage of the tournament.
Additional rewards will also be available to users who represent the country that ultimately wins the competition.
Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget, said the campaign is to transform football fans from passive viewers into active participants. She said Universal Cup combines competition, community engagement, and crypto-powered experiences. The campaign also introduces users to Bitget’s Universal Exchange ecosystem.
Strengthening Ties With the Football Community
The launch builds on Bitget’s ongoing involvement in football. The company previously partnered with football legend Lionel Messi and is currently a regional partner of LALIGA across Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.
Through the Universal Cup, Bitget is strengthening its connection with football fans by creating a more interactive tournament experience.
It now serves more than 125 million users worldwide. The platform offers access to over 2 million crypto tokens, as well as tokenized stocks, ETFs, commodities, foreign exchange products, and precious metals such as gold.
The company has also expanded its ecosystem through AI-powered trading tools, strategic partnerships, and blockchain education initiatives in collaboration with UNICEF.
