Fairshake is putting millions behind 32 U.S. House incumbents as the November midterm elections approach. The crypto-focused super PAC backs 19 Republicans and 13 Democrats, with six candidates set to receive $1 million each from Fairshake and its affiliates.
The group targets lawmakers who have supported crypto legislation. All 32 candidates backed the House version of the CLARITY Act. The Senate failed to advance the broader market-structure bill last month, leaving the industry’s main legislative push unresolved.
Fairshake Splits Million-Dollar Support
Fairshake will give $1 million each to three Democrats and three Republicans. The Democrats are Janelle Bynum, Steven Horsford and Derek Tran.

The Republicans are French Hill, Bill Huizenga and Bryan Steil. Hill chairs the House Financial Services Committee, while Steil leads its digital-assets subcommittee.
Fairshake has not disclosed spending amounts for the other 26 candidates. However, the group and its affiliates reported about $120 million in cash at the end of August.
Crypto Policy Remains the Focus
Fairshake spokesperson Geoff Vetter said the group supports candidates based on crypto policy rather than party affiliation.
“Fairshake has always been and always will be an issue-focused organization. We back pro-crypto candidates who support American innovation in both parties,” Vetter said.
Fairshake said it backed 53 winners across 57 primaries and special elections this cycle. It has also committed nearly $30 million against Ohio Senate candidate Sherrod Brown.
