Hyperliquid Strategies has expanded its HYPE holdings to 29.3 million tokens after raising $646.6 million. The treasury push strengthens the company’s direct exposure to Hyperliquid’s growing trading ecosystem. Additionally, the company ended fiscal 2026 with $149.9 million in cash and no debt.

Treasury Growth Accelerates

Additionally, decentralized perpetuals open interest reached a 63% share by August 23. Hyperliquid’s total open interest subsequently climbed to roughly $13 billion.

However, the company’s fiscal-year profit also reflected substantial market-related gains. Net income reached $305.5 million, including $709.9 million in unrealized HYPE gains.
