The transaction count places the network close to the 300 billion mark while real-time throughput was reported at 2,536 transactions per second. The figure places the blockchain less than 11 billion transactions away from reaching 300 billion total transactions.
At the same time, Chainspect reported real-time transaction processing speeds of 2,536 transactions per second. The throughput data was published alongside the cumulative transaction count as part of the platform’s network monitoring metrics. Some market participants are now seeing the transaction milestone as a possible narrative catalyst, particularly if broader crypto conditions remain supportive.

Following the release of the figures, several commentators highlighted the gap between the network’s activity metrics and ICP’s current trading price.
