Spacecoin Signs Exclusive Vietnam Deal with DETI, Targets $100M Annual Revenue
  • Spacecoin signed a Vietnam deal with DETI for satellite telecom and Edge AI system rollout.
  • DETI gains exclusive Vietnam rights as partners target $100M annual revenue after launch.
  • The Vietnam deal became Spacecoin’s expansion model for emerging telecom markets across Asia.

Spacecoin has signed an exclusive memorandum of understanding with Vietnam-based DETI Technology. The agreement covers decentralized satellite telecom, sovereign routing, blockchain, and Edge AI systems in Vietnam.

The agreement grants DETI exclusive rights to develop and distribute the planned technologies in Vietnam. The three-year exclusivity period begins after regulatory approval.

Spacecoin Vietnam Deal Targets $100M Annual Revenue

Spacecoin and DETI plan to build and operate decentralized satellite infrastructure for the local market. The companies are targeting at least $100 million in annual revenue after commercial launch.

Initial deployment is expected to focus on major Vietnamese mobile operators. The statement named Mobifone and Gtel as early targets for the project.

The planned system combines four connected layers. These include decentralized satellite telecommunications, sovereign routing, Edge AI, and blockchain based coordination.

Decentralized satellite telecom is designed to reduce reliance on one operator or fixed ground infrastructure. The model aims to create a more distributed network for connectivity services.

Sovereign routing focuses on local data control. It is designed to keep traffic within national borders instead of sending it through foreign-owned infrastructure.

Edge AI moves processing closer to where data is created. Spacecoin said this approach could reduce latency and bandwidth costs.

Blockchain supports settlement and coordination across the network. The company said the structure fits its broader vision for an agentic internet.

Spacecoin Uses Vietnam Deal as Expansion Model

Vietnam is positioned as an important early market for Spacecoin. The country has a large digitally connected population, which gives the project potential scale.

Spacecoin founder Tae Oh said the space sector is entering a major growth period. He pointed to faster launches and satellite deployments across the industry. Tae Oh said Vietnam is moving early in this area stating that this ambition matches the type of development Spacecoin wants to support.

The Vietnam agreement is part of a wider regional plan. Spacecoin said it is already working with partners across Africa and Asia.

Current markets in its pipeline include Kenya, Nigeria, Indonesia, and Cambodia. In those countries, governments, telecom operators, and internet service providers are testing the network.

Those tests use Spacecoin’s CTC-1 satellites, which are already in orbit. The company did not provide further deployment dates in the statement.

The Vietnam deal appears to be the most formalized effort in Spacecoin’s expansion plan so far. It may also serve as a model for future market entries.

Spacecoin said it is continuing to pursue opportunities in emerging telecom markets. The latest agreement places Vietnam at the center of its early commercial satellite infrastructure strategy.
