According to WallStreetBulls, a financial blog for crypto and stock market news, some of the top 5 global banks have been onboarded to use XRP through Volante, a leading global provider of cloud payments and financial messaging solutions. WallStreetBulls considers that a significant update for the XRP community and the crypto industry.

In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), WallStreetBulls noted that Volante’s integration with Ripple’s real-time payment network revolutionizes cross-border transactions. The financial blogger attached a short video to his post that further describes the latest development, sharing details of the benefits of the integration.

Volante described its latest move as an opportunity for users to take their payments to the next level. A voice-over in the uploaded video considers the integration a way to run a more competitive business equipped with new services for faster onboarding of customers.

Some of the benefits listed by Volante, which its solutions would offer integrated users, include real-time/instant payments, ISO 20022 messaging, open banking, APIs, next-gen cross-border, and blockchain/DLT. The short video also described Volante as an integrated, secure, and compliant service that processes all types of payments.

Volante’s relationship with Ripple dates back a few years since the crypto industry became popular. Mom Senja, one of WallStreetBulls respondents, shared a post to reveal that both companies have worked together since 2016. The screenshot contained an announcement by Ripple notifying the public that Volante launched a “plug and play” Ripple integration solution.

In June 2023, the cloud payments provider completed a pilot testing on the FedNow instant payments service with a leading US-based custodian bank. WallStreetBulls post indicates the total onboarding of top banks by Volante, suggesting a potential improvement in XRP adoption, the crypto token used to facilitate the process.
