  • XRP needs a decisive move above $1.13 before targeting resistance at $1.17 and $1.21.
  • Binance reserves stand near 2.6 billion XRP, below levels recorded through much of 2025.
  • Analyst Javon Marks projects a measured move above $15 if XRP clears its long-term pattern.

XRP trades near $1.10 as buyers attempt to extend a breakout from a contracting hourly pattern. The immediate test sits at $1.13, which has blocked stronger upside momentum. Meanwhile, Binance exchange reserves have fallen toward 2.6 billion XRP. Daily inflows also sit near the lower end of their historical range.

Notably, the charts cover different parts of the current setup. Ali Martinez tracks the short-term breakout and nearby resistance levels. CryptoQuant data shows how XRP balances and deposits on Binance have changed. Javon Marks focuses on a longer structure that carries a measured target above $15.

XRP Price Tests the $1.13 Breakout Level

Meanwhile, analyst Martinez identifies $1.13 as the main level needed to confirm the short-term move. His hourly chart shows XRP moving above a symmetrical triangle after volatility narrowed. Buyers cleared the upper trendline, but price has not established support above $1.13.

A firm close above that barrier could place $1.17 and $1.21 in view. Those levels mark the next visible resistance areas on the projected path. A stronger extension could later bring the $1.25 to $1.30 zone into focus.

However, the breakout still needs follow-through rather than a brief intraday move. XRP must hold above the former pattern boundary as volume builds. Without that confirmation, the price could return to the earlier consolidation range.

Initial support sits near $1.09, where the former triangle resistance may attract buyers. The rising lower trendline appears near $1.07. A move below both levels would weaken the current hourly structure.

Binance Reserves Fall as Fresh Inflows Stay Low

Even so, CryptoQuant’s Binance reserve chart places exchange holdings near 2.6 billion XRP. Reserves stood above 3 billion during several periods in 2024 and 2025. The balance has moved lower during 2026, even as the XRP price also declined toward $1.10.

Lower exchange reserves mean fewer tokens sit directly on Binance for immediate trading. This can reduce available sell-side supply when demand improves. Still, falling balances do not confirm that every token moved into long-term storage.

Some XRP may have shifted into private wallets, custodians, other exchanges, or off-exchange services. Reserve data therefore shows where tokens are held, rather than proving why users moved them.

The Binance inflow chart adds another part of the picture. Its latest reading stands near 180,200 XRP, far below the large deposit spikes recorded in late 2024. Inflows have stayed muted through much of 2026.

Low inflows suggest holders are not sending large amounts of XRP onto Binance for immediate sale. However, the data does not show the amount of new spot demand entering the market. Price still needs buying pressure before the reduced exchange supply can support a sustained advance.

Analyst Tracks a Larger Move Toward $15

On the other hand, Analyst Javon Marks sees XRP approaching a key point within its broader market structure. His chart compares the current setup with two earlier consolidation cycles. Both previous formations included corrective moves before price expanded sharply higher.

The latest structure shows XRP moving inside a smaller downward-sloping pattern after a wider advance. Marks expects a breakout from that formation to start another measured move. His projection places the long-term target at $15 and above.

That target covers a wider cycle and does not replace the nearer resistance levels. XRP must first clear the current corrective pattern and maintain a sequence of higher highs. Price would also face several supply zones before reaching the measured target.

Meanwhile, the short-term and long-term charts therefore use different confirmation points. Martinez watches $1.13, followed by $1.17 and $1.21. Marks tracks a larger structural break that would activate the projection above $15.

Binance data shows less XRP available on the exchange and limited fresh deposits. Even so, Price must convert $1.13 into support before the current breakout gains technical confirmation. A loss of $1.09 and $1.07 would place the hourly setup back under pressure.
