- Analyst XForceGlobal targets an XRP rally above $4 in the coming months.
- However, ChartNerd warns of further losses as XRP struggles below $1.51 resistance.
- XRPL Dev Bird forecasts XRP reaching $1.80 to $2.41 by the end of October.
As XRP trades around $1.40, analysts are divided on its next move. XForceGlobal forecasts a rally above $4 in the coming months, while ChartNerd argues that a deeper correction is coming. According to CoinMarketCap, XRP gained about 1% over the past 24 hours but lost 6% over the past week.
XForceGlobal Targets XRP Above $4
Analyst XForceGlobal expects XRP to climb above $4 within the next few months. His Elliott Wave analysis suggests XRP has completed a prolonged correction that began after its 2022 lows, potentially setting the stage for a major rally.
The analysis projects an upward move, with price targets above $3 and extending beyond $4. This forecast hinges on XRP breaking through key resistance levels and sustaining its upward momentum.

Deeper XRP Correction
While XForceGlobal forecasts a rally, ChartNerd says that XRP faces further downside before a sustained recovery. The analyst expects a deeper decline if XRP repeatedly fails to break above the 50-week exponential moving average (EMA) and continues forming lower highs.
As XRP’s weekly chart remains under pressure, the 20-week EMA sits around $1.34, while the 50-week EMA acts as resistance near $1.51.
These levels provide traders with key signals for XRP’s next move. A break above $1.51 would strengthen the recovery outlook, while another rejection would signal continued weakness.

XRPL Dev Bird Targets $1.80–$2.41 by the End of October
Meanwhile, analyst Bird forecasts XRP reaching between $1.80 and $2.41 before the end of October.
Reaching $1.80 would represent a gain of approximately 29%, while $2.41 would require a rise of roughly 72% from $1.40. While modest, achieving these targets requires XRP to overcome key resistance levels and sustain its recovery.
ChartNerd Projects XRP at $5–$8 Long Term
Despite warnings of short-term losses, ChartNerd remains optimistic about XRP’s long-term outlook, projecting a potential rise to $5–$8. The analyst compared XRP’s current price structure with the pattern that preceded its major rally in 2017–2018.
According to ChartNerd, XRP spent years forming a pattern of higher lows and lower highs before breaking out in November 2024. The breakout triggered a rally that peaked in July 2025.
Since then, XRP has fallen approximately 73%. ChartNerd compared this decline with previous major downturns in XRP’s history. The analyst views the current decline as a retest of the previous breakout level.
The next four to six months will be critical in determining whether the recent low near $0.98 marked the bottom or whether further losses lie ahead. ChartNerd also highlighted persistent selling pressure and strong resistance.
Regardless of the short-term outlook, he maintains that a move toward $5–$8 “remains achievable”
Can XRP Reach $4 Before the End of the Year?
XRP’s next major move hinges on whether buyers sustain the recent recovery. In the short term, the $1.45–$1.60 range remains critical. This area contains significant liquidity, with resistance near $1.51.
A breakout above this range, followed by sustained price action, would strengthen the case for further gains. Conversely, another rejection and a lower high would increase the risk of further losses.
In sum, XRP trades around $1.40, with the $1.34 support area and $1.51 resistance level in focus.
