  • Bitget launches a CFD demo account with 10,000 USDT in virtual funds for risk-free trading practice.
  • Users can test forex, crypto, commodities, precious metals, and global indices with real-time market data.
  • The demo supports ECN and 0-Fee options, API integration, and one-tap switching between demo and live CFD trading.

Bitget has launched a demo account for its Contracts for Difference (CFD) trading service, allowing users to practice trading forex, precious metals, global indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies using real-time market data without risking real money.

The demo account starts with 10,000 USDT in virtual funds and is available on the Bitget app and website. Users only need to agree to the CFD terms to activate it; no additional KYC or KYB verification is required.

Traders can adjust their virtual balance at any time to test different account sizes. The demo account also mirrors live trading conditions, including leverage, spreads, and price movements.

Bitget Demo Account Allows CFD Strategy Testing

The new demo account helps traders learn how CFD trading works, including spreads, overnight fees, leverage, margin requirements, and risk management.

Users can test how market movements affect their trades without risking real money. They can also compare Electronic Communication Network (ECN) and 0-Fee trading options to understand different fee structures.

Experienced traders can use API integration to test automated trading strategies before applying them to live markets.

Bitget also allows users to switch between demo and live CFD trading with a single tap. Existing live positions remain unchanged when switching between the two environments.

Gracy Chen Explains the Demo Account

Bitget CEO Gracy Chen said the demo account helps traders learn how new markets work and understand the risks before using real money. She explained that traders need to understand not only price movements but also trading rules, terms, and risk management.

Chen added that the demo account uses the same market prices, leverage rules, and liquidation process as live trading, allowing users to practice without risking their funds.

Bitget Expands Its CFD Trading Services

In 2026, Bitget introduced several CFD trading features, including dynamic leverage, tiered margin management, CFD sub-accounts, and API access for CFD markets.

These updates support Bitget’s Universal Exchange (UEX) strategy, which brings cryptocurrency and traditional financial markets together on one platform. With the new demo account, users can test trading strategies and learn how CFDs work before trading with real money.
