BTC, DOGE, SHIB, LTC: All Down Over the Last 24 Hours

  • Bitcoin (BTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Shiba Inu (SHIB) and Litecoin (LTC) are all down.
  • BTC is currently trading at $17,035.42 after a 1.5% drop in price.
  • SHIB, another meme coin, also had a rough 24 hours.

Big names in the crypto market like Bitcoin (BTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Shiba Inu (SHIB) and Litecoin (LTC) are all down today as the market is currently flooded in red.

The crypto trading website CoinMarketCap indicates that BTC is currently trading at $17,035.42 after a 1.5% drop in price over the last day. The crypto market leader is, however, still in the green by more than 3% over the last week.

Also in the red today is the meme coin DOGE. The crypto is currently worth $0.1011 after an unlucky 6.33% drop in price over the last 24 hours. DOGE’s 24 hour trading volume is also down and consequently now stands at $772,604,307 after a more than 12% drop.

The meme coin also weakened against Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) by about 4.15% and 2.93% respectively.

SHIB, another meme coin, also had a rough 24 hours as the crypto was a more than 5% drop over this time period to now trade at $0.000009381. SHIB is, however, still up by just more than 1%  over the last seven days.

LTC also did not make it through the last day unscathed as the altcoin is currently worth around $80.18 after a  4.74% price decline. LTC also weakened against BTC and ETH by 1.81% and 0.70% respectively. With its market cap of $5,147,700,788, LTC is currently ranked the 14th biggest cryptocurrency in the market at the moment.
