H100 Group has expanded its Bitcoin treasury after acquiring Norwegian companies Moonshot and PDI in an equity deal. The Swedish health technology company added 2,455.7 BTC through the transaction, lifting its holdings to 3,506 BTC. The stash carries roughly $226.7 million at current prices today.
Acquisition Reshapes H100’s Bitcoin Strategy
H100 issued about 790.5 million new shares to fund the acquisition without using cash. The shares carried roughly SEK 1.47 billion at an issue price of SEK 1.86.
Significantly, H100 moved from 42nd to 26th among public companies by Bitcoin holdings. The expansion also brings H100 closer to Gemini’s Bitcoin treasury.
Moreover, H100 said the transaction preserved sats per basic share while increasing fully diluted exposure by about 5%. However, the new shares increased its outstanding stock, creating dilution for existing shareholders.
Treasury Firms Take Different Paths
Meanwhile, larger Bitcoin holders have recently reduced their reserves. Strategy sold 1,690 BTC last week for about $108.6 million. Additionally, MARA sold 2,213 BTC during the second quarter.
Consequently, H100’s acquisition highlights a contrasting treasury approach. Rather than selling Bitcoin, the company used equity to expand its treasury strategy.
