Strategy expanded its Bitcoin holdings and reduced its preferred share supply through separate transactions completed last week. The company purchased 1,665 BTC for $142.7 million between September 21 and 27.

 Additionally, it repurchased 1.53 million STRC shares for approximately $151.7 million. The transactions highlight Strategy’s continued use of capital markets to manage its Bitcoin treasury and preferred securities.

Strategy Expands Bitcoin Treasury

Strategy funded its latest Bitcoin purchase through proceeds from its at-the-market stock offering program. It sold approximately 1.47 million MSTR shares, generating $246.2 million in net proceeds. Consequently, the company directed $142.7 million toward Bitcoin acquisitions and $103.5 million toward STRC repurchases.

As of September 27, Strategy held 847,666 BTC, purchased for approximately $63.95 billion. Its average acquisition price stood at $75,437 per Bitcoin. Moreover, the company reported $6.02 billion in combined USD reserves and cash.

Strive Also Increases Bitcoin Holdings

Meanwhile, Strive acquired 1,107 BTC for approximately $94.5 million. The purchase brought its total holdings to 27,462 BTC, with an average acquisition price of $85,396.

Additionally, warrant exercises generated $12.4 million in proceeds. Strive CEO Matt Cole said SATA accounted for roughly 85% of the company’s total capital raised, including those proceeds.
