Singapore, October 2026 — RWA WEEK Singapore 2026 has successfully concluded, bringing together institutional investors, financial institutions, asset managers, family offices, regulators, blockchain infrastructure providers, and Web3 innovators for a week of discussions and business networking focused on the future of real-world asset (RWA) tokenization.
Held from October 5–9, the event series culminated in RWA SUMMIT Singapore on October 9 at Marina One West Tower, establishing a meeting point for traditional finance and the global digital asset industry at a time when institutional interest in tokenized assets continues to accelerate.
The flagship summit brought together more than 1,200 attendees, over 60 speakers, and more than 200 investors, creating a platform for conversations around the infrastructure, regulatory frameworks, investment opportunities, and institutional adoption models shaping the next generation of financial markets.
Featuring two dedicated stages, the RWA Stage and PayFi Stage, the conference addressed the evolution of tokenization from early experimentation toward practical implementation across global financial markets. Discussions explored the tokenization of traditional financial products, institutional participation in decentralized finance, the development of secondary markets, stablecoin adoption, financial infrastructure, and the growing intersection of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology.

The speaker lineup brought together senior representatives from some of the most recognized organizations across traditional finance, digital assets, and blockchain infrastructure. Among the participants were Yat Siu, Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Animoca Brands; Yalini Isweran, Executive Director of Innovation Strategy at DTCC; Chetan Karkhanis, Senior Vice President, Digital Assets of Franklin Templeton; Viv Diwakar, Head of Foundation of Canton Foundation; Charles d’Haussy, CEO of dYdX Foundation; Angela Ang, Managing Director, APAC & President of BitGo; Andrew McCormick, Head of Institutional & Market Development of Chainlink; Melody He, Co-Founder and Partner at Spartan Group; Peter Kadish, Managing Director at LynxCap Investments; Ken Bassig, DeFi Growth of Pharos Network; Pei Chen, CEO of Theoriq; Julian Kwan, Co-Founder of IXS; and other industry leaders.
The programme reflected the increasing maturity of the RWA sector, with discussions shifting beyond the fundamental concept of tokenization toward the financial and technological infrastructure required to support institutional-scale adoption.
One of the central themes was the development of regulatory and institutional frameworks across different markets. The panel “Global Trends and Regional Frameworks: Tokenization Cases” brought together industry representatives to examine how regulatory approaches, financial market infrastructure, and institutional use cases are evolving across jurisdictions. With participation from DTCC and Canton Foundation, the discussion highlighted the growing importance of connecting blockchain-based systems with established financial institutions and market infrastructure.

Another key topic was the convergence of decentralized finance and real-world assets. During the discussion “DeFi & RWA: Institutional Adoption and Retail Opportunities,” industry leaders explored how tokenized assets could expand access to financial products, introduce new liquidity mechanisms, and create opportunities for both institutional and retail market participants. Representatives from dYdX, TRM Labs, Centrifuge, and Nethermind contributed perspectives on the changing relationship between decentralized infrastructure and traditional financial markets.
The panel “AI in RWA Tokenization Industry: Agents Economy Integration” explored how autonomous agents, AI-powered systems, and blockchain infrastructure could reshape financial services, asset management, and the interaction between digital and physical assets. Speakers from IXS, ADI Foundation, Aethir, and Rift discussed emerging applications and the potential of agent-driven economic models.
The discussion “Investments, M&A and Liquidity in the RWA Space” brought together representatives from Digital Finance Group, Spartan Group, 6igma Ventures, SC Ventures, and Theoriq to examine capital allocation, venture investment, mergers and acquisitions, and the evolving liquidity landscape. As tokenized asset markets continue to develop, access to institutional capital, investment structures, and sustainable liquidity mechanisms are becoming increasingly important for the sector’s long-term growth.
“Financial Products Tokenization: Stocks, Bonds, T-Bills and MMFs” panel became one of the most insightful, with a focus on bringing traditional investment instruments onto blockchain-based infrastructure. Participants from Libeara, LynxCap Investments, Deribit by Coinbase, and Asseto explored the opportunities and challenges associated with tokenizing securities and other financial products, including the operational and institutional requirements for broader adoption.
The infrastructure supporting this transformation was addressed during “RWA Infrastructure for Institutions: Challenges, Trust and Security.” Representatives from Franklin Templeton, Schroders, Chainlink, and Pharos Network discussed custody, security, interoperability, compliance, and the technological foundations needed to make tokenized assets accessible to institutional investors at scale.
Beyond the panel discussions, the summit featured keynotes from prominent industry figures. Yat Siu, Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Animoca Brands, presented “The End of the Minimum Ticket,” exploring the changing accessibility of investment opportunities, while Tomasz K. Stańczak, Founder of Nethermind, delivered a keynote titled “Open Source Physical Infrastructure,” examining the role of decentralized infrastructure in the evolving digital economy.
The programme concluded with the RWA WEEK Awards 2026, recognizing companies, projects, and individuals contributing to the development of the global real-world asset tokenization ecosystem.
While RWA SUMMIT Singapore served as the flagship gathering, the broader RWA WEEK programme included two additional formats designed to facilitate more focused institutional engagement and investment-oriented networking.
The Singapore edition was supported by a network of strategic partners representing different segments of the institutional finance and digital asset industries.LYNXCAP Investments, dYdX, InvestaX, GeoTicker, Pharos, and Theoriq joined as strategic partners of RWA WEEK Singapore, while TRM Labs co-hosted TOKENISED VIP EVENT and KundaBox co-hosted THE DEALFLOW.
According to Ivan V. Ivanov, Founder and CEO of UVC GROUP and RWA WEEK, the Singapore edition demonstrated how quickly the market is evolving and how important it has become to bring different parts of the financial ecosystem together.
“We are witnessing the RWA market transition from experimentation to real institutional integration. The industry is increasingly focused on the practical foundations of tokenized finance — from regulation and financial infrastructure to custody, liquidity, and institutional investment. RWA WEEK is designed to bring together institutional capital, financial infrastructure providers, regulators, technology companies, and Web3 innovators, creating an environment where meaningful partnerships, capital allocation, and real-world tokenization use cases can emerge. The Singapore edition demonstrated the growing demand for this kind of collaboration,” said Ivanov.
Singapore provided a particularly relevant setting for these discussions given its position as a global financial center and its growing role in digital asset regulation, financial innovation, and institutional blockchain infrastructure. As banks, asset managers, investment firms, and technology companies increasingly explore tokenized funds, securities, private credit, real estate, and other real-world assets, the city continues to serve as an important meeting point for traditional finance and the digital asset economy.
The successful conclusion of RWA WEEK Singapore further reinforces the growing international presence of the event series, which has established editions across major financial and digital asset hubs, including Hong Kong, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Seoul, and Singapore.
Produced by UVECON.VC, a part of UVC GROUP, RWA WEEK continues to develop as an international platform connecting institutional capital, financial infrastructure, and the global digital asset ecosystem around the future of real-world asset tokenization.
Following the successful Singapore edition, RWA WEEK returns to Hong Kong and Dubai in 2027, with its second Hong Kong edition on February 1–3, 2027, and the Dubai edition on April 19–23, 2027.
