- SKYAI tops 100% weekly gain as bulls push price toward key breakout resistance.
- Price holds above all major EMAs, reinforcing a strong bullish market structure.
- Spot outflows stay positive, while weak open interest tempers rally expectations.
SkyAI (SKYAI) has emerged as one of the strongest-performing cryptocurrencies this week after posting triple-digit gains over the past seven days. The token continued its upward march with another sharp daily increase, pushing prices close to a key breakout level. Strong technical indicators now favor buyers, although stretched momentum suggests traders could soon face a period of consolidation.
SkyAI Bulls Eye Fresh Breakout
SKYAI trades around $0.04784 after climbing more than 48% over the past 24 hours. The token has also gained over 101% during the last week, lifting its market capitalization to roughly $47.4 million. Daily trading volume has reached nearly $29.3 million, reflecting renewed market participation.
The four-hour chart also reinforces the bullish outlook. SKYAI rebounded sharply from the $0.0227 swing low and now trades above the 20, 50, 100, and 200 exponential moving averages. This alignment typically signals growing buyer control and improving market sentiment.

Additionally, the 20 EMA has crossed above the 50 EMA, strengthening the positive technical structure. However, the Stochastic RSI remains deep in overbought territory. Consequently, short-term profit-taking could emerge before buyers attempt another advance.

The immediate resistance stands near $0.0496. A successful breakout could send SKYAI toward $0.0520, followed by the $0.0550 to $0.0580 range. On the downside, support begins around $0.0439, while stronger buying interest could appear between $0.0393 and $0.0345 if the market retraces.
Derivatives Market Shows Limited Conviction
Despite the impressive rally, derivatives traders have yet to fully return. Open interest has contracted dramatically from more than $300 million recorded during May. It currently sits near $30.09 million, reflecting a significant decline in leveraged positions.

Moreover, several recovery attempts during June failed to attract sustained speculative demand. Each rebound eventually lost momentum as traders exited positions.
This divergence suggests the recent price recovery has relied more on spot buying than leveraged speculation. Unless open interest begins rising alongside price, bullish momentum may struggle to accelerate over the longer term.
Exchange Flows Support Long-Term Optimism
Spot exchange data presents a more encouraging picture. Heavy outflows during late April and early May coincided with SKYAI’s earlier rally, indicating investors moved tokens into private wallets instead of preparing to sell.

Since then, exchange activity has become considerably more balanced. Although occasional inflow spikes hinted at profit-taking, overall netflows have stabilized around neutral levels. The latest modest outflow of approximately $210,300 further suggests investors remain patient rather than rushing to exit positions.
Technical Outlook for SkyAI (SKYAI)
Key levels remain critical as SKYAI extends its strong recovery after breaking above major moving averages:
Upside levels: $0.0496 remains the immediate breakout barrier, followed by the psychological $0.0520 level. A sustained move above these levels could accelerate gains toward the $0.0550–$0.0580 resistance zone.
Downside levels: Initial support sits at $0.0439, with stronger demand expected near $0.0393. If selling pressure intensifies, the next key support lies between $0.0362 and the $0.0330–$0.0345 confluence, where the 20 EMA and Fibonacci support converge.
Momentum signal: SKYAI continues to trade above the 20, 50, 100, and 200 EMAs, confirming a strong short-term bullish trend. However, the Stochastic RSI remains overbought, suggesting the rally may pause before attempting another leg higher.
Can SkyAI Extend Its Rally?
SkyAI’s price outlook depends on whether buyers can secure a decisive close above the $0.0496 resistance level. Such a breakout would likely attract fresh momentum and pave the way toward $0.0520 and the $0.0550–$0.0580 target zone. However, falling open interest indicates that leveraged participation remains subdued, meaning spot demand must continue driving the rally.
A healthy pullback toward the $0.0439–$0.0393 support area could strengthen the broader uptrend by allowing buyers to re-enter at lower levels. Conversely, a break below $0.0393 would weaken the current bullish structure and shift attention toward the $0.0362 and $0.0330 support region.

For now, SKYAI remains in a favorable technical position, but sustained buying volume and improving derivatives participation will determine whether the token can maintain its impressive momentum.
