A report from Crypto Leaks released on August 26 reveals an ongoing agreement between Ava Labs (Avalanche) and law firm Roche Freedman that involves a crooked offer.

Based on the report, Ava Labs, and Roche Freedman, made a deal that involved Ava Labs granting Roche Freedman a massive quantity of Ava Labs’ stock and its cryptocurrency (AVAX), in exchange for Roche Freedman to agree on a secret deal.

The allegations reveal that the pact involves Roche Freedman attacking and harming other crypto organizations and projects that directly or indirectly might compete with Ava Labs. Allegedly, Binance and Solana happen to be on their watchlist.

In the videos released by Crypto Leaks, it appears that Kyle Roche, founder of Roche Freedman, says, “ So, I started my law firm in August and moved into the co-working space on August 20, 2019. The same day Ava Labs launched in the same space, I made a deal with the CEO of Ava Labs, Emin Gun Sirer.”

Additionally, Roche says he trusts Gun (Emin Gun Sirer) and Kevin, co-founder, and COO of Ava Labs, like brothers.

Moreover, Kyle states:

I was the first to work with Ava Labs where I agreed to provide legal services in exchange for a certain percentage of the token supply.

Crypto Leaks hints that the parties were not paying for standard legal services. Instead, a massive secret agreement that involved millions of Ava Labs’ assets.

In the series of videos, as the conversation moves on, Kyle begins to reveal more information about the agreement. Kyle says, “to support Ava Labs, we will litigate against other parties in crypto to a level where we made Ava Labs an equity partner.”

Sirer took the alleged news to Twitter to discuss publicly.

Apart from that, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse said on Twitter that he cannot discuss the allegations, but he has never met or spoken to Kyle Roche.
