Bullish has selected Solana, Aptos and Ethereum as its first networks for expanding stock tokenization services. The NYSE-listed exchange announced the decision on November 3, targeting companies seeking to issue shares across multiple blockchains.

The expansion will give issuers more network options while allowing investors to access tokenized shares through their preferred blockchains. Official ownership records will remain unchanged.

Bullish Expands Its Multi-Chain Tokenization Plans

The announcement follows an October 27 demonstration at the New York Stock Exchange. Bullish CEO Tom Farley and Equiniti CEO Dan Kramer transferred 61 million reserved Bullish shares on Solana within seconds.

Farley also demonstrated how companies could distribute digital rewards directly to shareholders’ wallets. Bullish plans to extend these features to Aptos and Ethereum.

Bullish’s Head of Tokenization, Thomas Cowan, said Solana provided the foundation for tokenizing the company’s own shares.

Bullish Targets Faster Settlement and Shareholder Engagement

The service aims to support round-the-clock trading, faster settlement and programmable corporate actions. Issuers could also gain real-time ownership visibility and additional ways to reward shareholders.

Bullish announced the Equiniti acquisition in May. The deal would bring share administration services into its business, although regulatory approval is still pending.

The company has already put all its equity shares on Solana. No other NYSE-listed company had tokenized its entire equity structure before Bullish.
