3 Stocks to Watch as Oracle, Adobe Earnings Loom
  • Driven Brands is set to report earnings as investors assess consumer demand trends.
  • Oracle shares slipped despite strong results and a new $40 billion financing plan.
  • Adobe will report quarterly earnings after the markets close on Thursday evening.

U.S. stock futures traded higher Thursday morning, placing Driven Brands, Oracle, and Adobe among the key stocks likely to draw investor attention. Earnings expectations, post-market results, and major financing plans are shaping the early focus before regular trading begins.

Driven Brands Faces an Earnings Test Before The Open

Driven Brands Holdings Inc. is expected to report quarterly earnings before the opening bell, giving investors an early read on the company’s latest performance.

Wall Street expects the company to post earnings of 25 cents per share on revenue of $486.48 million. The report comes as traders watch how consumer-linked service businesses are handling demand.

Driven Brands shares slipped 0.2% to $13.51 in after-hours trading. That move kept the stock on watch ahead of the earnings release and management’s update.

Oracle Slides Despite Stronger Quarterly Results

Oracle Corp. posted better-than-expected fourth-quarter results after the closing bell on Wednesday, but its shares fell sharply in after-hours trading.

The company also said it expects to raise about $40 billion through a mix of debt and equity financing. That announcement added another major point of focus for investors. Oracle shares dropped 10.1% to $180.89 in after-hours trading. Will investors focus more on Oracle’s earnings beat or its large financing plan when the market opens?

The move places Oracle among the most closely watched large-cap technology names heading into Thursday’s session, especially after such a sharp post-market reaction.

Adobe and Other Stocks Enter the Spotlight

Adobe Inc. is also set to report earnings after the market closes, putting the software company in focus during Thursday’s regular session. Analysts expect Adobe to report quarterly earnings of $5.82 per share on revenue of $6.46 billion. Adobe shares fell 0.3% to $232.61 in after-hours trading.

Lennar Corp. is another earnings name on watch, with analysts expecting earnings of $1.25 per share on revenue of $8.02 billion after the closing bell. Lennar shares slipped 0.4% to $89.51 after hours.

Oxford Industries Inc. reported mixed first-quarter results. The company posted earnings of $1.39 per share, beating the analyst estimate of $1.29 per share, while sales of $391.402 million missed the $391.754 million estimate.

Oxford Industries also raised its FY2026 earnings guidance while narrowing its sales outlook. Its shares fell 6.6% to $40.42 in after-hours trading.

Another market commentary highlighted companies that loaded up on SpaceX shares years ago, with investor attention tied to the expected June 12 public debut.

Meanwhile, CNBC-TV18 said in a post on X that several India-listed stocks were also in focus going into trade. The list included ONGC, Oil India, PPAP Auto, Deccan Gold, Hindalco, Power Grid, PFC, REC, Zee Entertainment, Vascon Engineers, Honasa Consumer, CMR Green, Doms, Lenskart, and gold-sensitive stocks.

CNBC-TV18 linked ONGC and Oil India to crude prices, which rose nearly 2% as U.S.-Iran tensions continued. It also said paint companies and oil marketing companies could react to higher crude prices because of input costs and margin concerns.
