Pi Network continued its recovery this week as buyers regained control after several sessions of steady accumulation. The token climbed more than 6% over the past day and extended its weekly gains beyond 10%, reflecting renewed optimism across the market.

PI Faces a Major Technical Test

PI traded around $0.0906 after recovering from its recent swing low near $0.0730. The rebound pushed the token above the 20-day, 50-day, and 100-day exponential moving averages. Consequently, short-term momentum continued to favor buyers as confidence gradually improved.

However, the 200-day EMA around $0.0925 remains the most significant barrier. Sellers recently defended the $0.0940 to $0.0960 region, showing that profit-taking still limits upside momentum. Besides, the Stochastic RSI sits above 85, suggesting the rally has entered overbought territory. This reading often precedes consolidation before another directional move.

Immediate support stands near $0.0873. Additional buying interest could emerge between $0.0858 and $0.0867, where several moving averages converge.

If that zone fails, the next downside target rests near $0.0846. On the upside, a decisive break above $0.0925 could open the path toward $0.0960.

Token Unlocks and Network Upgrade Draw Attention

Investors also continue monitoring Pi Network’s token release schedule. Current data shows roughly 6.19 billion PI remain locked across the network. Over the next month, about 127.5 million tokens will gradually enter circulation, representing just over 2% of the locked supply.

The release schedule averages roughly 4.25 million PI each day. Although the unlock remains relatively modest, traders often monitor these events because additional supply can influence short-term price behavior.

Meanwhile, node operators must complete the Protocol 26 upgrade before the August 11 deadline. Those who fail to update risk losing their Mainnet connection, making the rollout a critical milestone for network stability.

Expanding Utility Could Strengthen Long-Term Demand

Beyond technical signals, Pi Network has expanded its real-world ambitions through a partnership with RoboPay. The integration enables PI to function as a payment method for autonomous robotic services operating across the Fabric network.

The planned applications extend well beyond simple transactions. Users could eventually pay delivery robots, schedule industrial inspection machines, request robotic security patrols, or interact with humanoid assistants in commercial settings. Additionally, AI agents could independently hire and compensate robots using the same payment infrastructure.

Technical Outlook for Pi Network Price

Key technical levels remain in focus as Pi Network attempts to extend its recovery above critical resistance.

Upside levels: $0.0911 (78.6% Fibonacci retracement), $0.0925 (200-day EMA), and $0.0960 (recent swing high). A confirmed breakout above these levels could pave the way toward the psychological $0.1000 mark and potentially $0.1050 if bullish momentum strengthens.

Downside levels: $0.0873 serves as the first support, followed by the $0.0858–$0.0867 moving average cluster and $0.0846 (50% Fibonacci retracement). Losing these levels could expose PI to $0.0819, where buyers may attempt to rebuild support.

Resistance ceiling: The $0.0925 200-day EMA remains the defining level for a medium-term trend reversal. A sustained move above this barrier would signal improving market structure and strengthen the bullish case.

The technical structure shows PI recovering from a higher low while trading above its short-term moving averages. However, overbought momentum indicators suggest the market may consolidate before attempting another breakout.

Will Pi Network Go Up?

Pi Network’s near-term outlook depends on whether buyers can maintain support above $0.0873 and generate enough volume to overcome the $0.0925 resistance. A successful breakout would likely encourage momentum traders and could send PI toward $0.0960, with $0.1000 emerging as the next psychological objective.

Beyond the charts, upcoming token unlocks, the Protocol 26 Mainnet rollout, and the RoboPay partnership introduce important fundamental catalysts that could influence sentiment. If adoption continues to improve alongside favorable technical conditions, PI could sustain its recovery.

However, failure to defend the $0.0858–$0.0867 support zone would likely trigger renewed selling pressure, increasing the probability of a pullback toward $0.0846 or $0.0819. For now, PI remains at a decisive inflection point where both technical confirmation and ecosystem growth will determine the next major price move.
