Securitize added 13 U.S. stocks to its Solana platform on November 2. The expansion brings its tokenized equity lineup to 25. New names include ExxonMobil, Salesforce, GameStop, and Disney, with each token backed by one underlying share.
According to a press release, Arista Networks, Flex, Johnson & Johnson, Lockheed Martin, and Lumentum also joined the platform. Merck, Seagate Technology, Texas Instruments, and Uber complete the additions.
Securitize launched its first 12 tokenized U.S. stocks on October 8. The initial lineup included Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Tesla, and Amazon.
What Securitize Tokens Give Investors
Each token represents a security entitlement to a share held in custody. Holders receive applicable dividends and voting rights when the underlying shares carry those rights.
Investors do not appear directly on the issuing company’s shareholder register. The backing shares are not lent out. The offering creates no new shares and carries no endorsement from the underlying companies.
How Securitize Trading Works and Who Can Participate
Trades settle in USDC, while Jump Trading supports liquidity. Trading already extends beyond regular U.S. market hours. Securitize plans to introduce 24/7 access but has announced no start date.
Eligible investors in the United States, the European Union, and other permitted markets can participate. Access requires investor checks and compliance with local securities rules.
U.S. trading is offered through Securitize Markets, an SEC-registered broker-dealer and FINRA member. The proposed NYSE and OKXICE venues have not launched. Trading there remains subject to regulatory approval and venue review.
