- Quant price prediction stays bullish above $230, targeting $320 first and $370 next
- Santiment logged 645 whale transactions above $100,000 in one day, the most ever on its chart
- QNT is up 371.7% in September, the largest monthly gain in CryptoRank’s data
Quant price prediction for this week stays bullish above $230, the level QNT needs to hold to keep its late-September surge intact.
Quant Price Analysis: Can QNT Hold Above $276 After a Near-Vertical Surge?
QNT is holding above $276.52, the upper Bollinger Band, trading near $295.78 and up 11% today, though the daily candle is still open. Price climbed from the $60s at the start of September to a spike high near $370, pulled back to about $230, and has since posted two green candles. Today’s high of $306.62 is the first hurdle, and a daily close above it would put the $320 and $370 highs back in view.
Price is now more than double the 20-day EMA at $141.82, with the 50-day at $99.38, the 100-day at $83.20 and the 200-day at $77.15 further back still. Every average sits far below the market, so a pullback has no nearby chart support until the $230 area.

Quant October Seasonality: Four Gains in Eight Years
QNT has closed October higher in four of eight years since 2018, with an average return of 25.3% and a median of 6%. The average leans on the 156% gain in 2018 and 62.4% in 2020, and the last two Octobers fell 20.8% in 2025 and 19% in 2024, so the median is the better guide.
September 2026 stands at 371.7% month to date, the largest monthly gain in the table, ahead of 294.4% in June 2019. The two biggest earlier gains went different ways, with 197.9% in September 2018 followed by a 156% October and June 2019 followed by a 4.13% July loss. Applied to $295.78, the median October return implies about $314 and the average about $371, both historical references rather than targets.
QNT News: Whale Transactions Hit a Record as The Clearing House Picks Quant
Santiment reported 645 whale transactions of at least $100,000 on the Quant network in a single day, the highest count ever on its chart, after QNT roughly quadrupled in late September. It tied the move to The Clearing House selecting Quant on September 24 to power the interoperability and transaction layer of its tokenized-deposit network, which connects banks with the existing RTP and CHIPS payment rails.

Santiment also cautioned that the data shows large players are active but not whether they are buying or selling. It said FOMO risk is extremely high after a 299% gain and that consolidation would be a healthier setup than another straight-line surge.
QNT News: Greg Lunt Lays Out the Case Behind the Rally
Commentator Greg Lunt listed the developments he says explain the move:
- The Clearing House, which he says is owned by 25 major US banks and settles more than $2 trillion a day, chose Quant for its new on-chain money network.
- Quant is tied to Murex’s MX.3 platform, Oracle, the Bank for International Settlements and Bank of England’s Project Rosalind, and the European Central Bank’s digital euro experiments.
- Maximum supply is 14.88 million tokens, and he says staking will likely arrive in 2027.
The list is Lunt’s own read and is not independently verified here.
Quant Price Prediction: Bullish and Bearish Scenarios for This Week
Bullish Case, Target: $370
QNT holds $276.52 and closes a day above today’s $306.62 high, which opens $320 and a retest of the spike high near $370, about 25% above current price. Continued whale activity would support the move, though Santiment says it can’t show which side those large traders are on.
Bearish Case, Risk Level: $230 (Pullback Close)
QNT loses $276.52 and then $230, where the recent pullback ended. The rally spent almost no time between $230 and the 20-day EMA at $141.82, so a daily close below $230 could run toward that average, roughly half of today’s price.

Quant Price Prediction FAQs
QNT could extend toward $320 and then $370 if it holds above $230 and closes above today’s $306.62 high. Losing $230 risks a slide toward the 20-day EMA at $141.82.
Santiment ties the rally to The Clearing House selecting Quant on September 24 for its tokenized-deposit network, alongside a record 645 whale transactions above $100,000 in one day. Santiment also warns that FOMO risk is extremely high and that the data doesn’t show whether those whales are buying or selling.
It would need a gain of about 69% from $295.78 and a clean break of the $370 spike high. Only one October in CryptoRank’s table, 2018 at 156%, gained that much, measured on monthly close. $1,000 would need about 238%, beyond any October in the table.
Yes, if it loses $276.52 and $230. $200 is a drop of about 32%, more than any October in the table has delivered, where the worst was 20.8% in 2025. A month that has already gained 371.7% sits outside that table’s range, so history is a weak guide here.
